Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy:
Hair Testing:

Refunds will be granted if a hair testing appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

No refunds will be provided for missed hair testing appointments or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled test.
DOT Consortium Package and Owner Operator DOT Consortium:

Refunds are available for DOT Consortium packages and Owner Operator DOT Consortium memberships if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of purchase.
Specimen Drop Off, Drug Testing, and Specimen Pickup:

Refunds for specimen drop off, drug testing services, and specimen pickup are only applicable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

No refunds will be given for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Cancellation Policy:
Hair Testing, DOT Consortium Package, Owner Operator DOT Consortium, Specimen Drop Off, Drug Testing, and Specimen Pickup:

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the service fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties or require full payment for the scheduled service.
Note: This policy is subject to modification by the drug and alcohol testing center without prior notice.
