Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

Hair Testing:

• Refunds will be granted if a hair testing appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be provided for missed hair testing appointments or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled test.

DOT Consortium Package and Owner Operator DOT Consortium:

• Refunds are available for DOT Consortium packages and Owner Operator DOT Consortium memberships if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of purchase.

Specimen Drop Off, Drug Testing, and Specimen Pickup:

• Refunds for specimen drop off, drug testing services, and specimen pickup are only applicable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• No refunds will be given for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Hair Testing, DOT Consortium Package, Owner Operator DOT Consortium, Specimen Drop Off, Drug Testing, and Specimen Pickup:

• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the service fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties or require full payment for the scheduled service.

Note: This policy is subject to modification by the drug and alcohol testing center without prior notice.
